  Alison is one of Essex’s most experienced and successful property agents. Hugely experienced in selling character homes and individual modern homes, Alison combines a super positive, can-do attitude with a tenacity and determination to see the job through to a successful conclusion. Alison demonstrates an extraordinary level of specialist local knowledge and it is no coincidence that she wins lots of repeat business from her dedicated and personalised approach.

  Hailing originally from Norfolk, yet currently living within sight of the magnificent Cathedral of Ely in Cambridgeshire, Alison is very familiar with our East Anglian geography; the striking landscapes lending themselves perfectly to being the subjects of her photography. With a career rooted in the fields of accounting, marketing and advertising, years of experience managing the family property portfolio and an obvious eye for detail and composition,  her progression to our marketing department is a very natural one indeed.

  Never one to sit still for long, Alison is kept extremely busy looking after her two active boys and doing up her own, idyllic thatched property, all whilst running a successful swim-school business! Look out for Alison’s beautiful images coming soon on our ‘Scenic Sunday’ on social media.

  Anna-Leigh joined the team having previously worked in the financial sector within retail banking.  “I was keen to work within a great team who valued exceptional service to clients above anything else.  Having the creative element to the role in producing the high end marketing materials is a real bonus for me.”  Outside of work Anna-Leigh is a busy mum of three and she enjoys cooking, especially baking and just about anything creative.

  Having enjoyed many successful years with her own training company in customer facing environments, Caroline’s passion for property and problem-solving skills made the move into estate agency an obvious next step.

  Already a capable property manager, Caroline dedicates her time to assisting clients from step one in the process, and advising on any improvements that might be made prior to sale, that will assist sellers in achieving a better price.

  She also takes detailed viewing notes to help ensure that all her viewing appointments with buyers represent a pleasurable and well-informed experience.

  We have commissioned Evie for several years within the business, during this time she has completed a vast amount of impressive residential property tours and aerial photographs of our homes in and around East Anglia.

  Her stunning work never fails to showcase every property at its very best, giving each one that all important wow factor! Not only do our clients love her videography, but her warm and enthusiastic personality too, exceeded only by her professionalism and contentious approach.

  There will not be many practicing estate agents in Suffolk that have been personally responsible for more prestige property sales than Jeremy. Whilst boasting approaching forty years of experience, he remains as energetic and enthusiastic as ever.   Luan has an impressive pedigree in estate agency having worked for some of the leading practices in Suffolk and Essex before starting her own highly successful property agency. To say that Luan is passionate about doing a great job and getting the best results for her clients is an understatement. She is also a strong attender to detail and her track record for winning the trust and confidence of her clients is testament to the countless five star reviews and recommendations she has earned over the years.

  Heading up our sister company, Anglian Financial Services, Mell has a wealth of experience in mortgage advice and expert housing knowledge, with a strong customer service focus. Providing professional mortgage advice solutions to clients based on their unique circumstances is something that Mell is truly passionate about.

  An excellent, empathic communicator, Mell possesses a real flair for getting into the detail and giving a truly personalised service, all beginning with a cup of coffee in hand and a friendly chat. Her amazing nails are always the topic of conversation when she comes to the office, and if you really want to win her over, you only have to mention her favourite singer, Gary Barlow!

  Mike is East Anglian born and bred and has worked in estate agency and property management his entire working life. With over thirty five years experience in the profession specialising in sales and lettings in the upper quartile of the market from north Norfolk, along the East Coast, west to Cambridge and south to Southend on Sea he also spent nine years in the west end of London and premium international markets. Mike offers an impeccable property CV and is highly skilled in high end transactions, land and development sales and acquisitions.

  Natasha joined the team in 2021 as a freelance writer and helps to create our property brochures.  Having recently completed a MA in English at the University of East Anglia, Natasha is taking a few years off from academic work to write her debut novel and spend time with her family before hopefully pursuing a doctorate in Medieval and Early Modern performative literature. In her free time, Natasha loves watching property programmes and is currently designing a home which she hopes to self-build in the future. “I truly enjoy my work with Exquisite Home, because it allows me to combine my passion for writing with my passion for property in ways that I never could as an academic.”

  Nicola forms part of the essential backbone of Exquisite Home, offering vital support to our partners and liaising with clients, with the very highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Her knowledge, and dedication to customer service have been developed through her previous experiences working in the property, retail, and banking industries, as well as running her own customer focused business for six years.

  Raised in Suffolk, Nicola has a passion for people, but also for travel –  no doubt ignited after journeying through thirteen different countries before the age of one! Nicola’s warmth, empathy and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by all who work with her, and we are privileged to have welcomed her on our team.

  Ruth Leigh is a Suffolk-based freelance writer and novelist. She writes content and blogs for a number of clients and has worked with several Suffolk businesses to produce vibrant, engaging website copy. Her first novel, “The Diary of Isabella M Smugge”, came out in February this year and the sequel, “The Trials of Isabella M Smugge” comes out in October.
