Who we are

An independent estate and lettings agency built on long experience, careful work and sales that hold together. We are a small, experienced team, and we treat your move as if it were our own, not as another transaction on a board.

We give you close personal attention and run every sale as a properly managed project, which takes much of the stress and uncertainty out of moving. We put market evidence and a clear understanding of what you need from your move ahead of guesswork, so every decision is made to protect the value of your home and see the sale through calmly.

Our story

Between us we bring more than a century of experience in property, combining the standards we learned at the top of national networks with the personal care of a family-owned business. Having seen the frustrations of the high-street volume model at first hand, we set up Exquisite Home to offer an alternative based on evidence and focused on looking after the client.

Today we pair modern digital systems with a lean, responsive set-up to give a full service from first conversation to completion, matching detailed local knowledge with national and international marketing.

Where we work

Our head office is in Cambridge, and we cover Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire, west and mid Suffolk, north Essex, south Norfolk and the eastern edges of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. We know the character of these towns and villages well, which lets us present country and town homes accurately to the right buyers.

Alongside that local knowledge, our national and international marketing puts your home in front of buyers moving out of London and further afield, so the interest you get is serious from the start.
