In strict accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we operate a completely transparent process where your financial commitments are clearly outlined from day one.
What You Pay: Your financial commitments are strictly limited to permitted payments. This includes your refundable holding deposit (capped at one week’s rent) to reserve the property, your security deposit (capped at five weeks’ rent for annual rents under £50,000) held securely within a government-approved protection scheme, and your agreed monthly rent. Any clear default fees, such as genuine lost key replacements or contract variations requested by you mid-tenancy, are strictly capped at statutory limits and fully disclosed upfront.
What You Will Never Pay: You will never be subjected to hidden administration fees, referencing charges, tenancy renewal costs, or check-out fees. We absorb the operational costs of your onboarding entirely, ensuring you can plan your move with absolute financial certainty and complete peace of mind.
